An Inspiring Story Behind Mrs. Dian’s Physical Condition 

A Mother’s Love Never Ends. She will always fight for her family, no matter how big the obstacles are. This is also true for Mrs. Dian Meylana, a strong mother who found new hope thanks to the business support you provided. 

Mrs. Dian Meylana, a 41-year-old mother from Pati, Central Java, is the backbone of her family. Her life changed drastically after a motorcycle accident that broke her spine. Since then, she has had to undergo regular therapy and live with eight metal implants in her back. 

Despite her physical limitations, Mrs. Dian did not give up. To support her two children, she set up a small drink stall in front of a church, where she does not have to pay rent. 

However, the location was not ideal for selling, and there were few customers, making it difficult for her business to grow. 

“My small income makes it hard to expand my business. Even buying daily supplies is a struggle,” she said. 

At her lowest point, your support gave her and her family new hope. Through the Microenterprise Program, on September 24, 2024, Mrs. Dian received a large box bike, a cup sealer, and a hot water thermos. OBI also provided business training to help her improve her business. 

With the box bike, she can now carry more products and expand her menu to include coffee, donuts, and various fried snacks. Her stall, named Love Story, has started to grow, and her income has increased. 

“I am very grateful to OBI and the donors. This support has brought back hope, especially for my children’s future,” she said.
